CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to expected arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes and service charges. No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the full reserved stay plus applicable taxes and service charges. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Resort.
