 Summer Limited Time Offer terms and conditions

The Summer Limited Time Offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 6 July 2023 to 12 July 2023 (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in the United Kingdom and Ireland between 16 July and 30 September for all guests and 9 July to 23 June 2024 for IHG One Rewards members.

The Offer provides a discount for direct bookings at participating hotels of up to 25% off the Best Flex rate when using the Book Early and Save rate. IHG One Rewards Members save more, with an additional 10% off the public rate in this Offer and you must be a member at the time of making your booking. The Best Flex rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Bookings on the Book Early and Save rate in this Offer must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made.

If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. This Offer is available to both IHG One Rewards members and also those who are not member of the program.

Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites hotels and resorts, located in the United Kingdom & Ireland. See our website for full details of the participating hotels. Six Senses Hotels, Resorts, & Spas, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts and Mr and Mrs Smith hotels are not included in this Offer.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or offer. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Offer or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Offer.
