Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: The voucher is valid from 1 November 2023 – 31 October 2024 and cannot be extended beyond the expiration date

2. Surcharge:
    • The surcharge of THB 2,500 net per night is applied for stays from 1 November – 21 December 2023 & 7 January – 29 February 2024.
    • The surcharge of THB 4,500 net per night is applied for stays from 22 December 2023 – 6 January 2024
    • Surcharge must be paid by the time of booking

3. Transferability: The voucher is fully transferable but non-refundable. No credit will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher

4. Lost or Stolen Voucher: The hotel will not be responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged voucher

5. Voucher Limitations: The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions, or discounts

6. IHG One Rewards: This offer is not eligible to earn IHG One Rewards points and nights

7. Booking and Availability: A minimum of 7 days advance booking is required. Guest rooms are subject to availability; the voucher code must be provided to the hotel and the surcharge must be paid at the time of booking. 8. Modification and Cancellation: Any modifications or cancellations to the booking must be made in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy

9. Redemption: The voucher must be presented upon arrival; failure to do so will require the guest to pay at the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate of the day

10. Child and Extra Bed Policy:
    • One child aged 0-5 years old stays free of charge with breakfast provided when using an existing bed.
    • One child aged 6-11 years old will be charged THB 500 net for breakfast when using an existing bed.
    • One child aged 12 years old and above is considered as an adult, extra bed is required at surcharge of THB 2,000 net including breakfast
