* The “Stay 4 Nights. Earn 4 Bonus Elite Night Credits promotional offer (the “Offer”) provides you with an opportunity to earn “Bonus Elite Night Credits” by staying a specified number of Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period. For each “Bonus Elite Night Credit” you earn under the Offer, you will be credited with an additional Elite Qualifying Night for purposes of determining Elite membership status and Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards programme in 2023. “Bonus Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards programme. Additional information on achieving the different tiers of Elite status and the associated benefits is provided in the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, and details about Milestone Rewards can be found here.

To participate in this Offer, you must be an IHG One Rewards member and must be invited to participate. After receiving an invitation, you must register your member number in advance in order to be eligible for the Offer. You can pre-register for this Promotion starting 24 August 2023 through 31 August 2023 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). If you did not register during the Pre-Registration Period, you may register for the Offer during the Offer Period. The “Offer Period” is from 1 September 2023 through 10 October 2023. A member can only register once. By registering for the Offer, the member is accepting these Terms and Conditions.

After registering, you can earn up to a maximum of eight (8) Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer, as follows: four (4) Bonus Elite Night Credits will be awarded to your IHG One Rewards account after completing four (4) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period; and another four (4) Bonus Elite Night Credits will be awarded after completing an additional four (4) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period. For example, if you have stays that result in a total of eight (8) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period, you would earn four (4) Bonus Elite Night Credits for the first four (4) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights, and then another four (4) Bonus Elite Night Credits after reaching eight (8) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights, for a total of eight (8) Bonus Elite Night Credits. These Bonus Elite Night Credits are in addition to any base Elite Qualifying Nights you earn for your stays. As a result, in the above example, in addition to the eight (8) Bonus Elite Night Credits, you would also be credited with eight (8) base Elite Qualifying Nights, effectively giving you credit for 16 Elite Qualifying Nights towards earning Elite status and Milestone Rewards in 2023.

To be an “Offer-Qualifying Room Night” under this Offer, the room night must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As noted above, the “Offer Period” is from 1 September 2023 through 10 October 2023. Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included.

For purposes of this Offer, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with a total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) per night. Participating hotels include all IHG® Hotels & Resorts, with the exception of those Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that do not participate in the IHG One Rewards programme. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Offer. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions ). If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer based on those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will only receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Offer-Qualifying Room Night.

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards programme and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The time needed for awarding Bonus Elite Night Credits can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the Bonus Elite Night Credits to be posted to the recipient’s member account.

IHG may withdraw Bonus Elite Night Credits from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account or awarded in error and may revoke all points, benefits, Bonus Elite Night Credits, or other rewards in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards programme, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, benefits, Bonus Elite Night Credits or other rewards, downgrade their status, or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards programme is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This Offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Offer must be made by 21 November 2023. Members who are invited to participate in this Offer may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.

IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® hotels and resorts and other partner hotels participating in the programme, with the exception of the following brands:

• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas and Mr & Mrs Smith Hotels: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note that some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.
• Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Reward Night availability is coming soon.
• The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.
