7 DAY FLASH SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The September 7-Day Flash Sale (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 12pm (AEST) on 6 September 2023 to 12pm (AEST) on 12 September 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific (Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia), Guam and Saipan between 9 September 2023  and 31 March 2024 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Early & Save” and “Book Early & Save with Breakfast” rates during the Booking Dates.   

The Promotion offers a discount of 20% off the hotel’s  Best Flexible Rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified and non-discount rate. IHG One Rewards members will be eligible to receive an additional 15% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels in this Promotion. Rates are per room, per night based on single/double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.   Minimum 1 night stay required.

Bookings made with the ‘Book Early & Save’ and ‘Book Early & Save with Breakfast’ rates must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of arrival. 

Cancellation and no-show policy apply. Book Early & Save’ & ‘Book Early & Save with Breakfast’ are fully prepaid rates and the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled. 

The Promotion is valid in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, Guam and Saipan at participating Kimpton, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco™ Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express & IHG ANA hotels and resorts. Certain room types may be excluded from the Promotion and some participating hotels may include certain premium room categories in the Promotion so check that you are booking your chosen room type when making your reservation. Individual participating hotel policy may vary in regard to the minimum length of stay required and number of guests allowed per room in this Promotion. At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable or valid with other discounted rate promotions, offers or discounts. Rates and rooms are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the Promotion or offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.  Hotel specific early departure fee may apply.
