The Winter Limited Time Offer terms and conditions

The Winter Limited Time Offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 4 January 2024 to 18 January 2024 (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe between 7 January 2024 until 28 March 2024 (except IHG One Rewards members booking via ihg.com who can book stays until 31 December 2024).

The Offer provides a public rate discount for direct bookings at participating hotels of 15% off the Best Flex Rate, when using the Book Early and Save rate and an additional of 5% off the public rate for IHG One Rewards members booking on web and 10% off the public rate for IHG One Rewards members booking via the IHG One Rewards App (you must be a member at the time of the booking to qualify for the additional discount), when using the Book Early and Save rate.

The Best Flex rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Bookings on the Book Early and Save rate in this Offer must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made.

If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. This Offer is available to both IHG One Rewards members and to those who are not members of the program.

Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites hotels and resorts, located in Europe. See our website for full details of the participating hotels. Six Senses Hotels, , Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are not included in this Offer.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or offer. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

2X Unlimited Promotion Terms & Conditions

With the “2X Unlimited” Promotion, a member can earn 2X points on qualifying room nights during the Promotion Period. To participate in the “2X Unlimited” Promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account and must register for the Promotion. Members can pre-register for this Promotion starting December 20, 2023 until December 31, 2023 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). Members will be able to stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion beginning January 1, 2024 and ending on January 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
