48 Hour Early Booker Bonus Terms & Conditions 

To participate in the “48 hour Booker Bonus” Promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account.

A member can earn 3X points on qualifying room nights during the Promotion Period. To be a qualifying room night under the Promotion, the room night must fall within the Promotion Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay.  

The “Promotion Period” is from 11:00am Australian Eastern Daylight time 12 March, 2024 to 11:00am (AEDT) 14 March, 2024.Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included. 

For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under Book Early & Save – IHG Rewards Member Rate (“Qualifying Rate”)

Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. 

Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion.  

The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s account.  

The Promotion is available at participating IHG hotels & Resorts in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific (Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea & French Polynesia)

For the 48 Hour Booker Bonus, earning “3X” or “3X points” on stays through 30 September, 2024 means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG One Rewards member. For example, under 48 Hour Booker Bonus, for a one-night Qualifying Stay with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 2,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 3,000 points. 

The promotional bonus points under this Promotion are calculated based solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for a Qualifying Stay just for being an IHG One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to receive for the same stay are not included. 

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program.

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate, and such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed. 

Book Early & Save Terms & Conditions

The ‘More Than’ Book Early & Save offer (the “Offer”) is valid for bookings made from 12 March 2024 until 3 April 2024 (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG branded hotels in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific (Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea & French Polynesia) from 15 March until 31 July 2024 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Early & Save” and “Book Early & Save – IHG Rewards Member Rate”, during the Booking Dates.

The Offer enables a discount at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific of 15% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. IHG One Rewards Members save an additional 12% off the Best Flexible Rate at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific

The public discount and member discount combined equates to a total fixed discount of 25% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate for IHG One Rewards Members.

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.

Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival (booking windows may vary by hotel) and are non-refundable and cannot be changed, with full payment for the entire stay to be made at time of booking. 

If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express properties located in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. 

Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast: Guests who book the ‘Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast’ will receive breakfast daily for up to 2 adults sharing a room. Supplemental fee for additional guests applies. 

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or, discount. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

At Holiday Inn, Kids under 12 eat and stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the Kids Menu with an accompanying paying adult guest.
