The Collective’s pizza (750 baht) is absolutely amazing. It’s packed with tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, and the addition of pickled chili adds a nice kick. This is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

The Guss Damn Good ice cream (125 baht) located in front of the hotel was the perfect ending to our meal. The yuzu and lod chong flavors were a delightful surprise. The ice cream was so delicious, I could eat it every day.

The Thai food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the pad see ew and massaman curry. All the Thai dishes were delicious!

ที่นี้เป็นโรงแรมสุดยอดทำเลดีมากๆ ที่พัทยาอยู่แล้ว สามารถเดินไปชายหาดได้เลย เพียง 200 เมตร เท่านั้น
เรียกได้ว่ามีความสะดวกสบายมากๆ

The renovation of Holiday Inn Pattaya is truly impressive. The owners have done an exceptional job. The overall quality of the hotel surpasses a typical 4-star rating. The public areas, fitness center, Kid’s Club, and especially the breakfast have all been significantly improved. It feels like staying at a 5-star hotel! With this level of quality, they could easily rebrand as voco. The hotel’s location is also unbeatable, just 200 meters from the beach. It’s perfect for families and couples looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Pattaya.
