The January 2025 Offer Terms and Conditions.

The January 2025 Offer (the “Offer”) is available for both IHG One Rewards members and non-members and these terms and conditions set out the requirements and promotional rates available in the Offer.

The Offer is valid only for selected bookings made from 7 January to 21 January 2025 (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in selected countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia from 10 January 2025 until 31 March 2025 (IHG One Rewards members may find additional availability in the Offer for stays until 31 December 2025).

The Offer provides a public rate discount at participating hotels of a minimum of 15% off the Best Flex rate, when using the Book Early and Save rate. IHG One Rewards members save an additional 6% off the public Book Early and Save rate when booking, saving 20% off Best Flex rate with Book Early and Save.

The Best Flex rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Bookings in this Offer must be made at least three (3) days in advance of check-in date. Bookings in this Offer are final, non-refundable and cannot be changed with full payment for the full stay made at time of booking.

If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. This Offer is available to both IHG One Rewards members and to those who are not members of the program.

Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Regent Hotels and Resorts, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Crowne Plaza, Vignette Collection, Iberostar Beachfront Hotels, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites hotels and resorts, located in Europe and IMEA (India, South Asia, Africa, Middle East). Six Senses Hotels are not included in this Offer.

The Offer is available at participating hotels, located across Europe, India, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Maldives.

• Europe: Participating hotels are located in Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Republic of Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
• India, Middle East, Africa and South Asia: Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Mauritius, Oman, Nepal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tanzania, UAE, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

2X Unlimited | Terms & Conditions | Global

To participate in the “2X Unlimited” Promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account and must register for the Promotion. After registering for the Promotion, a member can earn 2X points beginning on their second qualifying stay and each qualifying stay thereafter, during the Promotion Period. Members will be able to stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion ending on 31 March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). A member can only register once. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts

Participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are offering IHG One Rewards members up to 20% off the public Pay Later rate, and bookings by members can be changed or cancelled 4 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival/check-in date at the hotel with the Pay Later rate. If an IHG One Rewards member cancels their booking under this Offer less than 4 days before the scheduled arrival/check-in date or does not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival/check-in date, an amount of 1 night will be charged.

Guests booking the Offer at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts who are not IHG One Rewards members at the time of making the booking are also eligible to save up to 20% off the Pay Later with the Iberostar Beachfront Resorts ‘Pay Now’ rates. Pay Now rate bookings from non-members under this Offer must be made at least 4 days in advance of arrival and are non-refundable and cannot be changed, with full payment for the entire stay to be made at time of booking. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund.

Stay Dates at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are between 10 January 2025 until 31 December 2025.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, the central reservations office or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards points. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Offer or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Offer.
