The hotel truly exceeds the expectations of an Ultra Luxury Hotel, with all-suite accommodations, premium dining, and exceptional, sincere customer service.

The core of an Ultra Luxury Hotel is privacy, and this hotel is designed to provide guests with maximum privacy. You can’t see into other guests’ rooms, ensuring a truly private experience.

This time, I redeemed points for a free stay, which was incredibly worthwhile.

The hotel is located on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, just a 1-hour flight from Bangkok. The resort is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it a heavenly escape.

I stayed in a 1 King Ocean View Suite, with a beautiful sea view. I was on a high floor, offering excellent air quality and stunning views.

I must commend the hotel owner’s generosity. The rooms are beautifully designed and luxurious, with everything being of the highest quality. The tea and coffee are premium, and the minibar is completely free! I’ve never seen such a fully stocked and entirely complimentary minibar before. The alcoholic beverages, snacks, and nuts were all generously provided and replenished daily. It was truly exceptional.

The welcome fruit platter was lavish, and the cake was generous and delicious.

The resort features multiple swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool, a large central pool with both children’s and adult sections, a sea-view pool, and a private beach for hotel guests. The pool staff provided outstanding service.

They offered towels, set up loungers, provided drinking water, sunscreen, lotion, and even eyeglass wipes. It was incredibly thoughtful and exceeded all expectations for an Ultra Luxury Hotel.

The fitness center was also fully equipped with the latest machines, and they provided drinking water, coconut water, and electrolyte drinks. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it.

Additionally, I had access to the Regent Club through my IHG Lounge Membership. The Regent Club’s service was unparalleled, to the point of being astonishing. The staff even remembered my nickname.

One of the highlights of the Regent Club was the all-day dining, featuring over 20 premium dishes that could be ordered at any time without additional charges. In a hotel of this caliber, each dish would typically cost over 1,000 baht.

Dishes like Wagyu Pho, premium steak, snow fish, and lobster rolls were all complimentary. They also served premium champagne all day. The food was delicious and of the highest quality. The Regent Club has its own kitchen and chefs who prepare fresh dishes throughout the day.

The Regent Club’s Afternoon Tea, Evening Cocktail, and breakfast were all premium and of the highest quality, with exceptional ingredients and culinary artistry. It truly embodied the Ultra Luxury Hotel experience, with everything carefully selected for the best quality.

REGENT Phu Quoc was the most valuable and best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I’m truly grateful that IHG offers such an exceptional hotel for its members. It’s a must-visit destination for any high-tier IHG member.

The room is 78 sq m. This room is on a high floor with a full sea view.

The room layout is quite unique. Upon entering, you’ll first encounter a hallway.
The decor is elegantly simple, with luxury in every detail. This hotel is luxurious from the entrance to the rooms and offers a high level of privacy.

Walking in, you’ll find a very large dressing room with luggage space and floating clothes racks.
The bathrobes have a special design, very beautiful and luxurious. Slippers, beach walking shoes, and beautiful hats are also provided (there’s a charge if you take them home).
A safe is available, and the hotel offers 3 pieces of free laundry service per day. Amazing!

Next is the incredibly grand bathroom. You’ll first see a large bathtub and a vanity.
The large, luxurious tub befits an Ultra Luxury Hotel. It comes with pillows, two scents of spa salts, a body scrub, and candles for a romantic atmosphere. Truly comprehensive.
The vanity is a His & Hers style, with a view of the bedroom and sea that can be opened or closed for privacy.
All amenities are provided, including a comb, razor, and Marvis toothpaste! Fitting for an Ultra Luxury Hotel.
I’ve only seen Marvis like this at hotels costing 100,000 baht per night. The amenities are Perricone MD, with a luxurious fragrance and excellent quality.
Next is the Japanese-style toilet.
And then the wet zone with a shower. The shower room is very large with a seat, and the amenities are full-sized Perricone MD bottles.

Moving on to the bedroom, there’s a large work desk behind the bed.

The minibar in the room is all free! I’ve never seen such a fully stocked and completely free minibar before.
The alcoholic beverages are abundant, and all snacks and nuts are free and replenished daily. Amazing!
There’s Ronnefeldt tea, a Nespresso coffee machine, a full welcome fruit platter, 3 pieces of cake, and a bottle of wine. Everything is truly premium.

The bed is large and very comfortable. The bed is excellent, there’s a large 65-inch TV, and a high-end sound system.
There’s also a sofa at the foot of the bed. The hotel is very thoughtful, even providing a small, luxurious blanket. I’ve never seen this before.

The highlight of this room is the stunning sea view. There’s an outdoor balcony, luxuriously decorated.
It has a large sofa with a blanket, a small table, and a fan outside.

The Regent Club truly lives up to its status as an Ultra Luxury Hotel. The service is exceptional, making it the best service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. All the staff are enthusiastic, smiling, and always ready to serve. They are all very attentive to service.

At the Regent Club, you can enjoy tea, coffee, soft drinks, and fruit juices all day. They also provide various nuts, macarons, and delicious chocolates.

One of the highlights of the Regent Club is its All-day Dining. They offer a luxurious and premium menu with over 20 dishes that you can order throughout the day at no extra charge! At this level of hotel, dishes typically cost over 1,000 baht each. Items like Wagyu Pho, premium steak, snow fish, and lobster bread are all complimentary. Amazing! Beef Rib Wagyu Pho: The broth was excellent, incredibly rich. It included truffle mushrooms, tender meat, and well-made noodles. It was extremely delicious. For those who love truffle mushrooms, many dishes here feature them generously.

Patagonia Toothfish ปลาหิมะ ย่างมาอย่างดี ซอสมาแนวข้าวโพด หวานๆ ครีมๆ หน่อย อร่อยสุดๆ
Patagonian Toothfish: The snow fish was grilled perfectly. The sauce had a corn-based sweetness and a creamy touch, making it incredibly delicious.

Lobster Brioche ชิ้นใหญ่ ล๊อบสเตอร์ เนื้อเด้งมาก หวานมาก อร่อยเหาะ ซอสรสชาติดีงาม แต่ชิ้นค่อนข้างใหญ่
Lobster Brioche: The portion was large, with very bouncy and sweet lobster meat. It was exceptionally delicious. The sauce was excellent, though the portion was quite substantial.

The total value of these benefits reached up to 30,000 baht.

The hotel offers benefits that no other hotel chain dares to provide. I sincerely thank IHG for having such a high-caliber hotel and such amazing benefits for IHG members. It was a truly exceptional and elevated stay experience!

I must acknowledge the generosity of the hotel’s owner. The rooms are beautifully and luxuriously designed, with everything being of the highest premium quality. The tea and coffee are premium brands, and the minibar in the room is completely free! I’ve never encountered a minibar so fully stocked and completely free before. The alcoholic beverages are extensive, and the snacks and nuts are all free and replenished daily. It’s truly amazing. The welcome fruit platter was spectacular, and the cake provided was generous and delicious.

Additionally, I gained access to the Regent Club through my IHG Lounge Membership. The Regent Club’s service is exceptional, beyond comparison. The service was surprisingly good, and the staff even remembered our nicknames. One of the outstanding features of the Regent Club is the All-day Dining, offering a luxurious and premium menu with over 20 dishes. You can order and enjoy them all day at the Regent Club at no additional cost! At a hotel of this caliber, dishes typically cost no less than 1,000 baht each, including Wagyu Pho, premium steak, snow fish, and lobster bread – all free of charge! It’s absolutely amazing.

They also serve premium champagne for free all day, which is incredible. The food is delicious and of the highest quality. The Regent Club has its own kitchen and chefs on-site to prepare fresh meals for us throughout the day. Not only is the service excellent, but the food in the Regent Club, such as Afternoon Tea, Evening Cocktail, and breakfast, is all premium and of the highest quality in terms of ingredients and presentation. Everything is truly Ultra Luxury Hotel level, selected with the highest quality in mind.
