Today, I’m visiting the Park Hyatt Bangkok, an ultra-luxury hotel from the Hyatt chain and one of their top-tier luxury properties.

It boasts an unbeatable premium location in Bangkok, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel is directly connected to Central Group’s luxurious malls, Central Embassy and Central Chidlom. This means you have a complete array of restaurants, shops, and shopping destinations right at your doorstep, without needing to travel far.

Today, I’m staying in a Park Executive Suite, which is a spacious 98 sqm.

The room is incredibly grand and luxurious, truly befitting an ultra-luxury hotel that has received awards like the Michelin 2 Key and Forbes Travel Guide 2025 4-Star. These accolades confirm the hotel’s luxurious standards and exceptional service.

The hotel’s design emphasizes privacy for its guests, a crucial aspect for an ultra-luxury hotel.

The swimming pool here offers a stunning view, and the staff’s service is excellent. They even provide sunscreen for guests.

The fitness center is fully equipped with the latest machines, and they also have a hot tub for soaking, which is truly luxurious.

The breakfast here is top-tier, easily among the best hotel breakfasts in Bangkok. The quality feels like they’ve selected the finest ingredients, and the chefs’ culinary execution is superb. Beyond the high quality, there’s also an incredible variety of dishes. You absolutely shouldn’t miss breakfast here.

Dining at Penthouse Bar + Grill

The hotel also features the Penthouse Bar + Grill, spanning several levels:

• The Grill (Level 34): An open kitchen serving premium meat and seafood from around the world, offering an exquisite dining experience in a romantic atmosphere.

Executive Retreat at the Park is a brand-new service offering a package of delicious food and drinks for guests staying in Premium Suite and Specialty Suite room types who book directly with the Park Hyatt Bangkok.

The Executive Retreat is similar to a Club Lounge. While Park Hyatt Bangkok doesn’t have a private Club room, you can utilize this service in the Living Room.

The Executive Retreat is a complimentary special service for guests staying in Park Executive Suites and higher. If you book this room type for two people, both will receive the Executive Retreat service.

Additionally, there’s an Executive Retreat At The Park rate starting from the 1 King Bed room, which includes breakfast for two. Weekday rates are 15,300 baht net.

If you haven’t booked the Executive Retreat At The Park package, you can purchase the Executive Retreat package for 2,500++ baht per person per night.

The Executive Retreat is available from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Living Room.

นอกจากนี้อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ก็จัดมาให้อย่างครบถ้วน ทั้งแปรงสีฟ้น มีดโกนหนวด น้ำยาบ้วนปาก เรียกได้ว่าสมบูรณ์แบบจริงๆ

The Park Executive Suite measures 98 sqm.

The room is meticulously designed with separate living and sleeping areas, offering a high degree of privacy and exuding an understated, luxurious elegance.

Upon entering, you’re greeted by a private foyer, and there’s also a guest restroom, perfect if you’re inviting guests for meetings or business discussions.

The living room offers a view of the British Embassy, where the new Central project will be located. The large glass windows provide an expansive, unobstructed vista. The living room features a spacious work desk suitable for serious business meetings, complete with meeting equipment. There’s also a comfortable sofa tucked into a corner of the room, along with a large TV.

The minibar is fully stocked, including high-end alcoholic beverages like Blue Label (available for an additional charge). The tea selection features Thai brands like Chaidim, popular in many ultra-luxury hotels in Thailand, and there’s a Nespresso coffee machine. A very large refrigerator holds stylish glass bottled water, and ice can be requested from staff.

As a welcome amenity, you’ll find fresh Thai young coconut, Luk Chup (Thai miniature fruits desserts), and longan fruit.

Moving into the bedroom, it’s generously sized with an incredibly comfortable sofa. The bed quality here is truly excellent, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There’s also another large TV.

The bedroom connects to a dressing table and a walk-in closet with ample hanging space and a large luggage rack. Soft bathrobes, slippers, and a safe are provided. In addition to these, a steam iron is also available.

A separate toilet room is detached from the main shower area, and it includes a bidet spray. The bathroom is opulent, featuring a very large bathtub and a TV, as is customary in ultra-luxury hotels. The vanity is a His & Hers style, allowing two people to use it simultaneously. The amenities are comprehensively stocked with the highly fragrant LE LABO brand in generous sizes. Furthermore, all necessary toiletries, from toothbrushes and razors to mouthwash, are perfectly provided.

นอกจากนี้ ยังมี คานาเป้ ไทยๆ ข้าวตังด้วย และที่ผมชอบมากๆ เป็นกุ้งตัวใหญ่ๆ ราดซอส กุ้งสด เนื้อดีมากๆ ซอสก็มีรสเผ็ดนิดๆ แก้เลี่ยนได้ดีมากๆนอกจากนี้ ยังมีเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์ ไวน์ เบียร์ Sparkling Wine ให้บริการ แขกสามารถลองทำ Cocktail ได้ด้วยตัวเองหรือ ให้พนักงานบริการทำให้ได้นะครับ

The service is divided into three periods:

Artisanal Lunch Selection (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

Starting with lunch, Thai dishes are featured. There’s a Thai station with items like deep-fried Laab, Isaan sausage, and chicken satay—everything is delicious! There’s even Som Tum (papaya salad) that the chef can prepare fresh for you. Additionally, there are fresh spring rolls with your choice of shrimp or chicken filling, which are incredibly tasty. You’ll also find various salads such as Green Goddess, Caprese Salad, and Quinoa Salad, which you can serve yourself or have the staff assist you. Fresh fruits and other items are also available.

Afternoon Delights (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

This period is for desserts, but actually, you can order premium beverages, including tea, coffee, as well as desserts like cakes, macarons, and chocolates, throughout the entire service period. All the cakes found in the Afternoon Tea set are available, including luxurious and premium-looking cakes. If you have a sweet tooth, this is pure heaven! There are also tea and coffee selections from Park Hyatt Bangkok X SARNIES.

Evening Bites (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

The evening bites here are premium, featuring delicious selections from the hotel’s various restaurants. Both the taste and variety are excellent.

From Embassy Room La Marina:

• Red Tuna Tartlet: Absolutely delicious with a perfectly balanced flavor. The tuna is of superb quality and incredibly fresh.
• Burrata e Pomodorini: Served in small, bite-sized portions, very tasty.

From Penthouse:

• Bourbon Short Rib Toast: The meat is wonderfully tender and melts in your mouth. The bacon is perfectly crispy.
• Wagyu Brisket Empanadas Pebre: Wagyu beef wrapped in dough, very delicious.

In addition, there are Thai canapés like Khao Tang (crispy rice crackers), and what I particularly enjoyed was the large shrimp drizzled with sauce. The shrimp was fresh with great texture, and the sauce had a slight spiciness that perfectly cut through any richness. Alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and sparkling wine, are also available. Guests can try making their own cocktails or have the staff prepare them.
