2025 Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering a ‘Flash Sale Promotional Offer’ (the “2025 Flash Sale”) for IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members. The below details the booking and stay requirements for Members and Non-Members.

IHG Hotels & Resorts ‘Flash Sale Promotional Offer’. Members save up to 30%. Non-Members save up to 25%. (“Promotional Rate”) is valid across participating properties and brands in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America, The Caribbean, Greater China and Japan. The Flash Sale Promotional Rate is available in Greater China and Japan for bookings made between October 7, 2025 – October 12, 2025 and across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean for bookings made between October 7, 2025 – October 16, 2025. The Flash Sale Promotional Rate is valid for stays between October 10, 2025 – February 28, 2026 across all participating regions.

• IHG One Rewards Members can save 30% off Best Flexible Rate across participating properties across IHG Luxury and Lifestyle Brands– Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Kimpton and Hotel Indigo. Non-Members save 25%.

The ‘2025 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’ is a valid discount off participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), the BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Promotional Rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional Rate is not applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fee. IHG® Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the 2025 Flash Sale Promotion. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date. No deposit is required for bookings made more than 7 days of arrival. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require one night deposit. One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. For hotels in the state of California only: (IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members) can cancel a reservation for a hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.

Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Points and will be subject to the IHG One Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
