สวัสดีครับ วันนี้ ผมจะมาทุกท่าน มาชมโรงแรมเปิดใหม่ของ เครือ IHG ในประเทศไทย นะครับ

และเป็นโรงแรมแรกของแบรนด์นี้ ที่ประเทศไทยด้วยนะครับ

โรงแรม voco Bangkok Surawong เป็นแบรนด์ voco แห่งแรกของประเทศไทย เปิดตัวอย่างยิ่งใหญ่

สำหรับแบรนด์ voco จะเป็นแบรนด์ระดับ Premuim ในกลุ่มของ conversion แบรนด์ของเครือ IHG นะครับ
สำหรับเอาไว้ รีแบรนด์โรงแรม ที่ไม่ได้ อยู่ในกลุ่ม IHG มาเข้ากลุ่ม IHG เพื่อให้สมาชิกสะสมคะแนน จองตรงผ่าน IHG One Rewards

จุดเด่นคือที่นี้ราคาดีมากๆ เมื่อเทียบกับ Premium ที่อื่นๆ และอยู่ในสุดยอดทำเล ใจกลางเมืองอย่างย่าน สุรวงศ์
ย่านที่ไม่เคยหลับไหลในยามราตรีนะครับ มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์สูงมากๆ ตรงข้ามโรงแรม มี 7/11
หรือจะเดินไปสามย่าน ร้านอาหารก็เยอะมาก ทั้งห้าง Samyan Mitrtown เปิดบริการตลอดเวลา
ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น ซอย ธนิยะ ร้านอาหาร และ ห้างเปิดใหม่ Central Park Bangkok และเป็นที่เที่ยวยามราตรี นะครับ

โดยโรงแรมอยู่ทำเลย่ายสุรวงศ์นะครับ เดินมาจาก MRT สามย่าน ประมาณ 600 เมตร เท่านั้น ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 นาที นะครับ
หรือเดินมาจาก BTS ศาลาแดง ก็ประมาณ 600 เมตร เหมือนกันนะครับ ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 10 นาที แนะนำเดินไปทาง ถนน ธนิยะ

โรงแรม voco Bangkok Surawong เป็นระดับ Premium ก็จริง แต่ห้องเริ่มต้น 25 ตรม. ทำให้ทำราคาออกมาได้ดีมากๆ
รวมถึงแลกแต้มนอนฟรีด้วยนะครับ สำหรับห้องไม่รวมอาหารเช้า ที่นี้จะฟรี อาหารเช้า สำหรับสมาชิก Diamond นะครับ

ผมจองห้องเริ่มต้นมา และอัพเกรดเป็น 1 Bedroom Suite ขนาด 50 ตรม. นะครับ ผมกด CSU มา

ห้องแยกห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องนอนออกจากกัน ราคาดีมาก แต่ห้องทำออกมาหรูหราเลยครับ ตกแต่งได้สวยงามเป็นอย่างมาก!!
ห้องที่นี้เก็บเสียงได้ดีมาก นะครับ ไม่ได้ยินเสียงจากภายนอกเลย

มีมุมโต๊ะ ทำงาน รับประทานอาหาร ตกแต่ง โทนสีน้ำเงิน เหลือง สีประจำแบรนด์ voco มีรูปนก ในแจกัน โคมไฟ น่ารัก

มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ CINO ชาเป็น vovage นะครับ
และมี โกโก้แบบซองด้วย ไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนมาก่อน!! ว้าวมากกก ผมชอบดื่มมาก มีมินิบาร์ มีค่าใช้จ่ายนะครับ

Hello everyone. Today, I’m going to take you all to see a newly opened hotel from the IHG group in Thailand.

And it is also the first hotel of this brand in Thailand.

voco Bangkok Surawong, the first voco brand in Thailand, has been grandly launched.

The voco brand is a Premium brand within IHG’s conversion brand group. It is used to rebrand hotels that were not originally part of the IHG group, bringing them into the IHG group so members can earn points and book directly through IHG One Rewards, which has as many as 145 million members worldwide. However, I have actually seen many Holiday Inn hotels abroad rebrand as voco to upgrade their star rating.

A key highlight is that the price here is very good compared to other Premium hotels, and it is in a superb location in the heart of the city in the Surawong area, a district that never sleeps at night. The area is highly vibrant and well-equipped. There is a 7/11 directly opposite the hotel, or you can walk to Samyan, where there are lots of restaurants, including the Samyan Mitrtown shopping mall, which is open all the time, Japanese restaurants in Thaniya Alley, and the new restaurant and shopping mall, Central Park Bangkok, which is also a nightlife spot.

The hotel is located in the Surawong area. It is only about 600 meters from MRT Samyan, taking about 10 minutes to walk. Or it is about 600 meters from BTS Sala Daeng as well, taking about 10 minutes to walk. I recommend walking via Thaniya Road.

Rooms and Amenities

Although voco Bangkok Surawong is a Premium hotel, the starting room size is 25 sq.m., which allows them to offer a very good price, including redemption for free nights with points. For rooms without breakfast, Diamond members receive complimentary breakfast here. The breakfast is very varied and of very high quality; it’s extremely worthwhile.

I booked the starting room and was upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Suite of 50 sq.m. I used a Confirmed Suite Upgrade (CSU).

The room separates the living room and the bedroom. The price is great, but the room itself is built to be luxurious. The decoration is exceedingly beautiful! The soundproofing in the rooms here is very good; you can’t hear any noise from outside. There is a work/dining table corner decorated in the voco brand’s signature colors of blue and yellow. There are cute bird illustrations in the vase and on the lamp. There is a CINO coffee machine and vovage tea. And there are also sachets of cocoa! I’ve never encountered that anywhere else before! I love drinking it. There is a minibar (fees apply). The bedroom’s atmosphere is incredibly inviting. The sockets are Universal (usable in all countries) and have USB and USB-C ports for charging mobile phones. There is a very large closet area and luggage rack, big enough for multiple bags. A safe and iron are provided. The bathrobe is stylish, in the brand’s signature yellow color, and slippers are included. The bathroom is clearly partitioned and has a soaking tub. Complete amenities are provided, including a toothbrush and razor. The hairdryer is a Dyson brand, and the amenities are Antipodes.

Conclusion

voco Bangkok Surawong is a great choice for IHG One Rewards members due to its superb location and excellent value. It is suitable for both long and short stays. You should not miss it! It’s extremely worthwhile!

The 1 Bedroom Suite, measuring 50 sq.m. on the 9th floor, is a suite with a view facing the interior of the building, offering a pool view and a very open, clear view.

The room separates the living room and the bedroom. The suite is built to be luxurious and the decoration is exceedingly beautiful! The room is very well soundproofed; you cannot hear any outside noise.

Upon entering, you immediately step into the living room. There is a work/dining table corner decorated in the voco brand’s signature colors of blue and yellow. There are cute bird illustrations in the vase and on the lamp, and a hook for hanging a suit.

The minibar corner features a CINO coffee machine and vovage tea. And there are also sachets of cocoa! I’ve never encountered that anywhere else before! It’s a “wow” factor, and I really enjoyed drinking it. The minibar includes snacks and drinks (fees apply).

The welcome amenity was Mango Sticky Rice, which was delicious.

The bedroom is decorated with a highly inviting atmosphere. The sockets are Universal (usable in all countries) and include USB and USB-C ports for charging mobile phones.

Excellent Location: Within walking distance to both the MRT and BTS. Located in a vibrant neighborhood with many dining options and situated in a nightlife district.

• Newly Renovated Hotel: The hotel has been newly renovated, making the rooms feel very new.
• Service: Because of the service quality of this chain, I have become a regular customer. I visit this specific hotel so often that the staff already recognize me!
• Great Value: The hotel offers very good prices, both when paying and when redeeming points, which is extremely worthwhile for longer stays.
• Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is delicious.
• Pool and Fitness: The swimming pool is very beautiful and is a great spot for photos. The fitness center is fully equipped and genuinely functional.

The Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. When you step out, you will first encounter a balcony with seating for relaxation. The atmosphere is very nice.

ฟิตเนส ไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่เครื่องครบนะครับ เป็น TechnoGym ด้วยนะครับสุดยอดเลยมาก
The Fitness Center is not very large, but it is fully equipped. The equipment is also TechnoGym, which is absolutely fantastic.

สระว่ายน้ำ อยู่ชั้น 2 นะครับ สวยมาก บรรยากาศดีสุดๆๆ จุดเด่น สระว่ายน้ำ ที่นี้ ตึกรอบล้อม แดดไม่แรงทั้งวัน นะครับ
The Swimming Pool is located on the 2nd floor. It is very beautiful and the atmosphere is superb! A key highlight of the pool here is that the surrounding buildings provide shade, so the sun is not too strong throughout the day.

The main All-day Dining restaurant at the hotel is Deckles Smokehouse. In the evening, it serves American smokehouse-style cuisine.

Cobb Salad (330 THB) สลัดจานใหญ่ มีเบคอนกร๊อบ ไข่ มะเขือเทศ ข้าวโพด อโวคาโด เนื้อไก่ น้ำสลัดรสชาติเปรี้ยวๆ ทานแล้วสดชื่นมากๆ อร่อยทานไว้เปิด มื้ออาหารนะครับ
Cobb Salad (330 THB): A large plate of salad featuring crispy bacon, eggs, tomatoes, corn, avocado, and chicken meat. The dressing has a pleasant, tangy (sour) flavor. It is very refreshing and delicious—perfect as an appetizer to start the meal.

BBQ Loaded Nachos (320 THB) จานนี้เป็น Nachos นะครับ จิ้มทานกับ ไก่ ชีส เครื่องเทศ จานใหญ่ รสชาติ จัดจ้าน ชีสแน่นๆ
BBQ Loaded Nachos (320 THB): This dish features nachos served with chicken, cheese, and spices. It’s a large plate with a bold flavor and plenty of cheese.

Smoked Corn Chowder (340 THB) ซุปข้าวโพด จานดีนี้มากกกกกกก เอาข้าวโพดมาย่าง ใส่ลงไปในซุปข้าวโพด ที่ข้นๆ รสชาติเข้มข้นสุดๆๆ
Smoked Corn Chowder (340 THB): This corn soup dish is fantastic! They roast the corn and add it to the creamy, thick corn soup. The flavor is incredibly rich and concentrated.

The seabass is very large and, when grilled, the meat is incredibly sweet and extremely juicy. It is absolutely delicious! This dish is truly excellent. The sauce has a sweet and sour flavor, and the fish is grilled perfectly.

This dish is truly excellent and incredibly delicious.

For this stay, I booked the rate that included purchasing an extra 3,000 points, costing approximately 5,700 THB. The starting price is actually only around 3,400 THB.

I booked the X5 promotion and will receive about 12,000 points (breakfast is not included, but I received free breakfast from Diamond status).

This time, I used a CSU (Complimentary Suite Upgrade) to upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Suite (50 sq.m.). The renovated room is excellent; I really like the room, they did a fantastic job.
