The Asia Pacific ‘Your Year of Travel’ Sale

The Asia Pacific ‘Your Year of Travel’ Sale (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 15 January to 4 February 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG branded hotels between 18 January – 31 August 2026​ (both dates inclusive) (“Stay Dates”) using the ‘Getaway Special’ rates (the “Promotion Rate”) during the Booking Dates. The Promotion is available to IHG One Rewards members and the public during the Booking Dates. The Promotion is valid across participating Regent Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection, Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant, Hotel Indigo, voco hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Even Hotels, HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Garner, Staybridge Suites in participating hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Micronesia, Southeast Asia, South Korea, the Pacific Islands. See our website for full details of participating hotels. The Promotion offers 20% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate to the public using the Getaway Special rate. For bookings made directly through IHG channels, IHG One Rewards members receive an additional 6.25% off of the aforementioned public rate for participating properties in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Micronesia, Southeast Asia, Korea and the Pacific. You must be an IHG One Rewards member at the time of booking to qualify for the member rates.  

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and subject to availability during the Stay Dates.  

Getaway Special 

The Getaway Special rate in this Promotion will apply. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival at the selected participating hotel. 

The Getaway Special rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. No refunds if changes or cancellations are made to the booking. ​Cancellation and no-show policy apply. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between the time of your booking and your check-in date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether the reservation is used or not. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check in on your arrival date, your booking will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund.  

General Terms for the Promotion 

Blackout dates (days when the offers may  not be available at participating hotels) apply and rates are subject to availability. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included for most of participating properties. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. 

Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. Final bill will be in the hotel local currency. 

The Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency.  

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion.  

At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.  

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points for IHG One Rewards members. “2X Unlimited” Promotion  

To participate in the “”2X Unlimited”” Promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account and must register for the Promotion. Members can pre-register for this Promotion starting December 9, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). Members will be able to stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Members who did not register during the Pre-Registration Period may register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period. A member can only register once. By registering for the Promotion, a member is accepting these Terms & Conditions.​ 

After registering for the Promotion, a member can earn 2X bonus points beginning on their second qualifying stay and each qualifying stay thereafter, with unlimited earning ability. For purposes of this Promotion, a “Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 (or local currency equivalent) for each night. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the full IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a qualifying room night under the Promotion.​ 

For the 2X Unlimited Promotion, earning “2X” or “2X” bonus points starting on your second qualifying stay and every stay thereafter through March 31, 2026 means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two (2) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG One Rewards member. For example, for a one-night Qualifying Stay with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 1,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 2,000 points. The promotional bonus points under this Promotion are calculated based solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for a Qualifying Stay just for being an IHG One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to receive for the same stay are not included. Bonus points earned through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. For instance, in the example above, the 1,000 base points would qualify for Elite status, while the additional 1,000 promotional points would not.​ 

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands:​ 

Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.)​ 

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Members can now earn and redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward Nights at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.)​

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate and who registered for the Promotion, and such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Promotion must be made by May 31, 2026.​

App Download Bonus Offer’ promotion 

*To participate in the ‘App Download Bonus Offer’ promotion (the ‘Promotion’), an individual must have an active valid IHG One Rewards member account. The member must first register their member number or email associated with their IHG One Rewards account to be eligible for the Promotion. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 500 IHG One Rewards bonus points after downloading the IHG app and using the app to sign in to their IHG One Rewards account. Registration and completion of the download and sign-in must occur by 30 June 2026, subject to IHG’s right to end the registration period sooner if deemed necessary by IHG because of irregularities or other issues relating to the Promotion. If registration for the Promotion has been closed or deactivated, it means the Promotion has ended. ​ 

This promotional offer can only be redeemed once per member and a maximum of 500 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to six weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s member account. The Promotion is valid for first time app downloads only.​ 

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards programme and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying.​
