เป็นของโอนเนอร์รายใหญ่ของประเทศไทย อย่าง Asset World Corp

โรงแรม Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek จะเป็นแบรนด์แบบ White Label ก่อนนะครับ
โดยมีแผนทยอยรีโนเวท และจะรีโนเวทเป็นโรงแรม JW Marriott Bangkok Ratchadapisek ภายในอีก 2 – 3 ปี นะครับ

โรงแรททำเลอยู่ย่าน รัชดา นะครับ อยู่ติดกับสถานี MRT รถไฟใต้ดิน ห้วยขวางเลยนะครับ เป็นย่านร้านอาหารจีน นะครับ

วิวเป็นด้านหลังโรงแรมนะฮะ ห้องนั่งเล่น มีโซฟาตัวใหญ่ นั่งสบายสุดๆ มีมินิบาร์ ชา กาแฟ และเครื่องชงกาแฟด้วย!!
ชาเป็น Delmeh นะครับ

ตู้เสื้อผ้าใหญ่ มีผ้าคลุมอาบน้ำ สลีปเปอร์ เตารีด ตู้เซฟ มาให้พร้อม ห้องนอน ขนาดไม่ใหญ่ มาก นะครับ

Hello everyone. Today, I am visiting the latest hotel to join the Marriott group. Owned by Asset World Corp (AWC), a major Thai developer, the Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek is currently operating as a “White Label” property. It is scheduled for a full renovation to become the JW Marriott Bangkok Ratchadapisek within the next 2–3 years.

Location: Located in the Ratchada district, the hotel is situated right next to MRT Huai Khwang. This area is famous for its wide variety of Chinese restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the Ganesha Shrine for those wishing to pay their respects. Notably, the hotel features an in-house 7-Eleven, adding a layer of convenience for guests.

Dining & Club Lounge: A standout feature of this hotel is the dining experience. AWC has leveraged its experience with other Marriott properties to provide an exceptional Breakfast and Club Lounge service. The food and beverage offerings are extensive, providing great value—especially for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members. The quality of the food is truly impressive.

Facilities: The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and an incredibly spacious fitness center—it is truly massive.

Room Tour: I stayed in the One Bedroom Suite (44 sq.m.), which features a well-proportioned layout separating the bedroom from the living room.

• Living Area: Offers a view of the rear of the hotel and features a large, comfortable sofa. It includes a minibar and a coffee machine (with Dilmah tea).
• Storage: A large wardrobe equipped with bathrobes, slippers, an iron, and a safe.
• Bathroom: Includes a bathtub and a full set of amenities from Crabtree & Evelyn.

Conclusion: This is a high-value hotel in central Bangkok. The inclusion of the Club Lounge makes it very worthwhile, with full Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktails for Platinum members. Combined with excellent breakfast and easy access via MRT Huai Khwang, it is a fantastic choice.

The room is a 44 sq.m. One Bedroom Suite with a well-proportioned layout that clearly separates the living area from the bedroom.

The view overlooks the back of the hotel. In the living room, there is a large, incredibly comfortable sofa and a workspace tucked into the corner.

It also comes with a minibar, coffee, and even a coffee machine, with tea provided by Dilmah.

The suite features a large wardrobe fully equipped with bathrobes, slippers, an iron, and a safe.

While the bedroom itself isn’t particularly large, it includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a complete set of amenities—including toothbrushes and a shaving kit—all from the brand Crabtree & Evelyn.

How is the exec. lounge?

ดีมากกกกก จัดเต็มสุดๆๆ ทำให้คุ้มค่ามาก สำหรับสมาชิก Marriott Platinum นะครับ

The Club Lounge is located on the 21st floor and offers a beautiful view, making it a perfect spot for photos—especially during sunset. Please note that breakfast is not served here at the lounge.

However, tea, coffee, juices, and soft drinks are available all day, along with snacks like nuts and cookies. During Afternoon Tea, they serve fresh fruit, sandwiches, and a few varieties of pastries.

The Evening Cocktail session is where they truly go all out—classic AWC style! The spread is incredibly generous, featuring everything from rice dishes, chicken with cashew nuts, nuggets, and vegetable spring rolls to spicy seafood salad, Pad See Ew, and Carbonara. There is also a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, whole cakes, and Thai desserts, all served alongside alcoholic beverages.

It is absolutely fantastic and highly worth it, offering immense value for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members.

– The location is excellent, right next to MRT Huai Khwang. It’s very convenient and close to many restaurants and attractions.
– The swimming pool is very photogenic, and the fitness center is absolutely massive.
– The Club Lounge is incredibly impressive, especially considering the price. For Marriott members looking for a great value hotel with a lounge, this is definitely worth it.
– The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of options, and everything tastes delicious. It’s truly impressive.
– The room rates are very affordable.

Let’s get started. The hotel is located only 170 meters from MRT Huai Khwang, which is just a 2-minute walk.

ถ้ามาจากสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ก็ห่าง 25 กิโลเมตร นะครับ นั่งรถมาเดินทางมาไม่นาน
If you’re coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport, it is about 25 kilometers away, so the drive doesn’t take very long.

When you walk in, you will see the hotel sign.
