• Advance reservation is required through http://www.dusitgiftcard.com. Reservations are subject to room availability. Blackout dates vary according to each hotel.
• A valid Dusit Care Card must be presented upon check-in. Otherwise, the hotel’s Best Available Rate will be applied.
• In case of Dusit Care Card is invalid, the hotel’s Best Available Rate will be applied.
• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel’s Best Available Rate will be applied to the guaranteed credit card according to hotel policy.
• Cancellation or amendment policy is 7 days prior to arrival and able to make through www.dusitgiftcard.com or contact our call centre.
• This Dusit Care Card is valid for one-time use only, is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
