July 20, 2020 – Osaka, Japan – Shin-Osaka Hospitality G.K. (HQ: Minato-ku Tokyo, CEO:
Seth Sulkin), a group company of Pacifica Capital K.K. (HQ: Minato-ku Tokyo, CEO: Seth
Sulkin) signed a franchise contract with InterContinental Hotels Groups (HQ: U.K., Japan
Office: IHG ANA Hotels Group Japan G. K., CEO: Hans Heijligers) and will open Holiday
Inn & Suites Shin-Osaka (The Hotel) on October 1, 2020. Pacifica Capital will serve as The
Hotel’s asset and project manager while Shin-Osaka Hospitality will be operating The Hotel.
The Hotel is located walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station, the gateway to Kansai and is
a good hub for business and leisure activities in the area. The most unique selling point of
The Hotel is that 68% of the 185 guest rooms are suite-type with a separate sleeping area and
dining room with home appliances.
The Hotel boasts 126 suite rooms, and each 30-45 ㎡ room features a living space with sofa
bed and kitchen with a large refrigerator, induction cookers and microwave as well as large
bathroom with separate vanity space and washing machine/dryer just like a spacious studiotype condominium, which is suitable for both family and long-stay guests. Weekly and
monthly packages are also available.

59 rooms are “hotel-type” with an area of 18-24 ㎡. Each room has a shower booth with rain
and hand showers, for maximum comfort. These “hotel-type” rooms have a functional yet
sophisticated design concept like the suite-type rooms with Simmons bed providing you a
good night’s sleep.
The Hotel also has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; a fitness center equipped
with the latest training machines and a 50 ㎡ meeting room (can be divided into two sections)
as well as parking for 46 cars.
