April 8, 2021 – Asset World Corporation (AWC), Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real-estate group, marked a new chapter of expanding its diverse portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle destinations through a new hotel management agreement signing with Marriott International for the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa at Jomtien Beach, establishing a new world-class hotel under the Marriott brand at the Jomtien beachfront, Pattaya to offer a memorable experience for family and business travelers, with a targeted launch in 2023. The agreement signing strengthens the partnership with the world’s largest hotel chain, Marriott International. The collaboration will also support the growth of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development, elevating Thailand’s tourism industry to attract international business and leisure travelers. This enhances the progressive journey of AWC as one of the largest partners of Marriott International in Asia Pacific.

The design concept for Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa at Jomtien Beach, an Upper Upscale luxury resort and spa derived from sugar palm trees surrounding this area, creating an unrivalled tropical sensation for guests who enjoy beautiful sunsets and the glimmer of the ocean beam through the swaying of palm tree leaves while getting ready to relax yet with all their senses stimulated. Focusing on families, couples, business and long stay travelers, the hotel features 302 well-appointed rooms, fully equipped with high standard hotel facilities including a hotel lounge, bar, restaurants, working space, swimming pool, spa, etc.
