การบินไทยร่วมกับ Priority Pass มอบสิทธิพิเศษให้สมาชิกบัตร Priority Pass หรือ Digital Membership Card สามารถเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษ ภายในประเทศ (Domestic Lounge) ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติเชียงใหม่ และท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติภูเก็ต ได้ โดยเมื่อสมาชิกฯ เดินทางกับสายการบินใดก็ได้ สามารถเข้าใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษได้ไม่เกิน 2.5 ชั่วโมง พร้อมบริการอาหารว่าง เครื่องดื่ม และสัญญาณ Wifi Internet ตลอดการเข้าใช้บริการ
เพียงแสดงบัตร Priority Pass หรือ Digital Membership Card ให้กับพนักงานประจำห้องรับรองพิเศษก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการ นอกจากนี้ สมาชิกฯ สามารถใช้ Application Priority Pass ทั้งระบบ IOS และ Android เพื่อค้นหาจุดบริการ และตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ในการใช้บริการห้องรับรองพิเศษได้
