และหลายคน ยังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ ว่า Benefits ปกติ Intercontinental Ambassador มีอะไรบ้าง
สมัครแล้วคุ้มหรือเปล่า

เริ่มจาก เมื่อก่อน 3 – 4 ปี ที่แล้ว
IHG มีโรงแรมแบรนด์ ที่เป็นระดับ Luxury Hotel เพียง 1 แบรนด์ เท่านั้น
คือ Intercontinental Hotel
เชน IHG เป็น เชนใหญ่ได้ เพราะโรงแรมอย่าง Holiday Inn และ Holiday Inn Express
ที่ราคาคุ้มค่า และ คุณภาพของโรงแรม เกินระดับ ของตัวโรงแรม
เลยมี โปรแกรม Intercontinental Ambassador สำหรับแขกที่จะมาพักโรงแรม Luxury Hotel ของเชน
ดังนั้น สิทธิประโยชน์ หลักๆๆ จะใช้ได้ กับ Intercontinental Hotel เท่านั้น นะครับ
ตอนนี้ สมัครยังคงเป็น 200 USD หรือ 40000 แต้ม นะครับ
ใครมีแต้ม ก็ใช้แต้ม ใครไม่เคยเก็บเชน ก็จ่ายเงิน จบ!! ครับ

ปกติแล้ว คนสมัคร Intercontinental Ambassador สมัครเอา BOGO ปีละ 1 ใบ เป็นหลัก เลยนะครับ
ปกติ IHG จะไม่ได้ อาหารเช้า
ผมจะแนะนำให้จองห้อง Club Intercontinental เท่านั้น และส่วนตัว ผมจะจองห้อง Club แพงสุด
เพื่ออัพเกรด เป็นห้อง สวีท ด้วย
แค่ BOGO เอง ก็คุ้มสุดๆๆๆ จริงๆ คือจุดเด่นที่สุดของเชน IHG นะครับ ทำให้เราสามารถนอนโรงแรมแพงมากกกกกกกก
ได้ โดยจ่ายไม่เยอะ เท่าเชนอื่นๆ เพราะ ราคามันถูกหาร 2
จริงๆ อยากได้ BOGO ปีละหลายๆ ใบเลย
ลองให้ ที่ผมเคยได้มูลค่า สูงที่สุดนะครับ

ห้องที่จองไป ห้อง 2 SGL PREMIUM CORNER TERRACE เป็นแบบ 1 คืนแถม 1 คืน
จากราคา 128,000 เยน ลดเหลือ ราคา 2 คืน 64,000 เยน = 18,500 บาท
อัพเกรด 1 ระดับ
ห้อง CORNER SUITE ราคาต่อคืน 120,000 เยน

อันนี้ คือโกงมากนะครับ และเพิ่งให้ สิทธิประโยชน์นี้ เมื่อ 3 ปีที่แล้วเองงงง
เมื่อก่อนให้แค่ Gold เท่านั้น
โกงเพราะ Platinum สามารถเอาไป Status Match เพื่อทำให้ Fast Track เชนอื่นได้ทุกเชน
แค่จ่าย 6600 บาท ก็ได้แล้ว
โกงไปไหน จริงๆ แค่อันนี้ ก็คุ้มแล้วครับ เอาไปอัพเกรด หรือ แต้มโบนัส 50% จาก Base Points
และ
1 ระดับอัพเกรดห้อง *เป็นแบบ การันตี ด้วยนะครับ
อันนี้ ก็แทบไม่มีเชนไหนให้นะครับ ถึง Intercontinental จะรายชื่อ ห้องระดับแพงมากๆ
ของแต่ละโรงแรม ที่ไม่สามารถอัพเกรดได้
แต่ การ การันตึ ถึงไม่ได้อัพเกรด เราก็ได้ เครดิต 50 USD หรือ 10000 แต้มมาแทน
แต่ปกติโรงแรม ชอบให้เครดิตนะครับ

ส่วน Intercontinental Hotel จองได้ คืน ศุกร์ เสาร์ นะครับ จะถูกที่สุด ครับ
ผมลองกด Intercontinental Koh Samui Resort ช่วงสงการนต์ไปนะครับ
ถ้าแนะนำต้อง ใช้ BOGO แนะนำให้จองห้อง Club นะครับ
ปกติ ถ้าจองห้องธรรมดา จะไม่ได้อาหารเช้า
และควรจองห้อง Club ต่ำกว่าระดับ สวีท 1 ระดับ เพื่อจะได้อัพเกรดไปห้องระดับ สวีท
ราคาแพงๆ ได้ เวลาได้อัพเกรด จะได้อัพเกรดหลักหมื่น ซึ่งคุ้มค่า เงินที่จ่าย สมัคร Ambassador ไป 6000 บาทนะครับ
กดราคา ก็จะรวม ทุกอย่างมาแล้วนะครับ
ปกติ ผมคิดง่ายๆ ว่าที่จะเราต้องจ่ายคือ หารที่โชว์ หาร 2 นะครับ
แต่จริงๆ เราจะจ่ายราคา คืนแรก นะครับ ถ้าพักคืนเสาร์ จะจ่ายแพง
อย่างตัวอย่าง 2 คืน เราจะจ่ายที่ 17093 บาทสุทธิ นะครับ
เรทนี้ มันโกงตรงที่ สามารถยกเลิกได้ ก่อนเข้าพักนะครับ
จองมาก่อน ติดธุระก็จะยกเลิกได้ครับ
ส่วน โปรโมชั่น เพิ่มเติม แต่ละรอบจะออกไม่เหมือนกันนะครับ

ปกติ ก็แล้วแต่สะดวกนะครับ ว่ามีทริปไปไหน บ้าง แต่ต้องเป็นเรท สะสมแต้มได้ และราคาเกิน 30++ USD นะครับ
ตอนนี้ โปร 20000 แต้ม ผมก็ยังเก็บไม่ครบ ทั้ง 2 ไอดี นะครับ
ผมตั้งใจไปนอน Intercontinental Pattaya
อีกไอดี หนึ่ง ไม่ Intercontinental Bangkok ก็ Intercontinental Hua Hin ครับ
