มีจำนวน 272 ห้อง กำหนดเปิด ปลายปีนี้ เลยนะครับ Q4 2022 ไวมากก

นอกจากที่กรุงเทพ มีแผนเซ็น แบรนด์ TRIBE ที่ภูเก็ตด้วย

กรุงเทพ ฯ – Ennismore (เอนนิสมอร์) กลุ่มโรงแรมแนวไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เติบโตเร็วที่สุด ร่วมกับ บริษัท ไซมิส แอสเสท จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกาศเซ็นสัญญาเปิดตัวโรงแรม TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 (ไทร์บ กรุงเทพ สุขุมวิท 39) ในไตรมาสสุดท้ายของปี พ.ศ. 2565 โดยจะเป็นโรงแรมแบรนด์ TRIBE แห่งแรกในประเทศไทย พร้อมมอบประสบการณ์โรงแรมไลฟ์สไตล์รูปแบบใหม่ เพิ่มสีสันให้กับวงการโรงแรมของประเทศ

Ennismore ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2554 โดย Sharan Pasricha แอคคอร์ (Accor) ได้เข้าร่วมทุนในปี 2564 เพื่อนำความเชี่ยวชาญของ Ennismore ในการสร้างแบรนด์ที่เต็มไปด้วยเรื่องราว ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่าง มารวมไว้เข้ากับความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารโรงแรม เครือข่ายขนาดใหญ่ และการเติบโตในระดับโลกของแอคคอร์

Ennismore ได้เซ็นสัญญาเปิดโรงแรม TRIBE ไปกว่า 50 แห่งแล้วและตั้งเป้าที่จะขยายเครือข่ายอย่างรวดเร็วด้วยการเปิดตัวโรงแรม TRIBE กว่า 100 แห่งทั่วโลกภายในห้าปีข้างหน้า สำหรับในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ มีแผนเปิดตัวที่ภูเก็ต มะนิลา และสิงคโปร์ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2568

Ennismore in partnership with Siamese Asset have signed for TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39, the hotel is set to open in the last quarter of 2022. It is the first TRIBE hotel in Thailand, offering a new lifestyle experience within the Kingdom’s vibrant hospitality scene.

There is plenty to do around the neighbourhood by foot, or further afield via the Sukhumvit BTS line.

A design-driven hotel with curated experiences at an affordable price, TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 will open with 272 rooms and serviced apartments, combining cutting-edge style and comfort with the latest technologies. The serviced apartments are a premier for the brand and are designed for longer stays – be it for work or holiday. The Social Hub at the heart of the hotel will feature a café and flexible spaces for work or social interaction. The hotel will also house an all-day-dining restaurant and rooftop bar. Whether to stay fit or to relax, TRIBE guests can enjoy the gym, swimming pool, and Onsen.

Founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, Ennismore and Accor entered a joint venture in 2021 to create a new autonomous entity, bringing together Ennismore’s know-how in building brands with creative storytelling, design, and authentic experiences, with Accor’s wealth of knowledge in delivering scale, network growth and distribution. Ennismore has already signed 50 TRIBE hotels and is aiming for rapid expansion with up to 100 addresses to open globally within the next five years, including in Phuket, Manila, and Singapore by 2025.
