Best Flexible Rate + Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast

• Rates are per room, per night, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• You may cancel or amend your booking up to 6pm local time the night before your check-in date.
• Cancellations after this period or a no show will be subject to a one-night charge.
• The additional fixed 10% IHG One Rewards member’s discount is only valid for IHG One Reward Members at participating hotels in Japan and Micronesia. IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply
• Amendments to your stay dates may incur and are subject to additional charges for room price fluctuations.
• Offer includes accommodation for 2 adults
• Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast: Guests who book the ‘Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast’ will receive breakfast daily for up to 2 adults sharing a room. Supplemental fee for additional guests applies. Breakfast will be served in accordance with the local laws at the time of stay and may be subject to change.
• At Holiday Inn, Kids under 13 eat and stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the Kids Menu with an accompanying paying adult guest.

Advance Saver + Advance Saver with Breakfast

• This offer is valid for bookings at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts in Japan and Micronesia using the “Advance Saver” and “Advance Saver with Breakfast” rate.
• The Advance Saver rate offers a discount off the Advance Saver with an additional fixed 10% discount for IHG® Rewards members. The fixed 10% IHG One Rewards member’s discount is calculated off the Advance Purchase discounted rate.
• Cancellation and no show policy applies and bookings can usually be cancelled up to seven (7) days (by 6pm local time) before your check in date without any charge, although this may vary based on the individual cancellation policy of the participating hotels. No shows or cancellations made less than seven (7) days (by 6pm local time) before your check in date will result in a charge of a one night stay. Some participating hotels may have a different cancellation policy and will allow cancellation without charge up to three (3) days prior to arrival, check the individual hotel policy when making your booking.
• “Advance Saver” and “Advance Saver – IHG One Rewards Member” rates must be made between at least three (3) and seven (7) days in advance of arrival.
• Advance Saver with Breakfast: Guests who book the ‘Advance Saver with Breakfast’ rate will receive breakfast daily for up to 2 adults sharing a room. Supplemental fee for additional guests applies. Breakfast will be served in accordance with the local laws at the time of stay and may be subject to change.
• At Holiday Inn, Kids under 12 eat and stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the Kids Menu with an accompanying paying adult guest.
• IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
• Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate.

•　Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable.
